Hey all kids are smartEncourage other people to be their best.

Cheer them on when things get tough.

Cheer with them when they do well.

Don’t be aggressively pushy. Nobody likes a bully even if you think it’s for their own good. Be the positive strength in their efforts.

Personally, I strongly encourage everybody to be someone else’s Pocket Cheerleader. You never know what kind of impact you’re having on them. You may see the results in a few months, a year, or ten years from now. What is important is that you believe in them. Trust me, they will never forget you and you will grow from the experience too.

You can read more about this in my book “Hey! All Kids Are Smart” and my soon-to-be-released book “Hey, Ladies! What Shoe Are You?” Due the first of March.
